After months of tolerating – even celebrating - the inevitable knockoffs (5 Fairly Stupid Free Games That Will Really Get Your Goat for Android, iOS), the original and best extremely dumb game about being a goat has been released for both Android and iOS, two days before the expected released date.

If you’ve been following Coffee Stain Studios‘ devs Twitter, you’ll know that I’m not the only one suddenly obsessed with the cheeky ungulates. What started as an incredibly buggy and pointless goat sim became a popular incredibly buggy and pointless goat sim. The bugs add to the experience, in fact, because goats can and should get into all kinds of unexpected places, up to and including traversing arbitrary polygonal meshes.
I’m using terribly big words for a game about destroying things as a goat. GIFs are clearly a superior choice. Ask and ye shall receive.
